Kevin's


 Kevin, I really liked your point of view shot because you show your pov of opening the door, taking some steps, and then shaking someone's hand. It clearly shows what you see in your eyes.

I also liked the tilt shot because it is a nice shot. I liked how you showcased the 2 levels of the building by moving the camera in a vertical axis.

The last shot that I liked was the shoulder shot. It was a clever idea to have a shot where the person talks to another person. It was like a third-person view.


Reid's

Reid, I really like the shot for your cameo shot. I like it a lot because you change the color to black and white. This gave the shot a mysterious feeling. The shot also gave me sad vibes. 

The reaction shot is another one I liked because you use your resources like having something play in the background to show that you could have actually been watching something. 

Your extreme close-up is really good too. The close-up shot shows the detail in your eyes. A bonus is that your eyes are clear which shows the reflection of what you're seeing.

 Spider-Man 3 (2007) I chose to comment on a few of the camera angles in the 2007 movie “Spider-Man 3” because I love Marvel movies and especially the original Spider-Man movies. The producers that made this movie were geniuses. Their camera work was just magnificent. The movie had so many great, camera shots. Even though it had a lot of CGI, the camera angles were still excellent. The reason behind this is that he was having a nightmare of his dead uncle. When this was occurring, a symbiote was consuming Peter. Blog Post 1 - Beginning of Film

  This week, the crew began filming. Because the story/film is mostly on high school sports, the majority of the filming took place during the school day. All of the angles we used were excellent. This is a perfect dolly shot where we see Brett talking to his classmate about an upcoming game. We picked this shot because the film will be school-related, the background clearly shows that it's on campus. This is an excellent angle shot of Brett's coach discussing what's next in his baseball career. This is one of the final sequences which is why we see him getting accepted to the Broncos. Their facial expressions are also visible from this viewpoint.

Blog Post 2 - Second day of Film

 Our second filming day required more time and resources. For instance, we have more people and more theme-based stuff. The cameraman is here filming. trying to acquire the best possible angle for one of the clips. The environment is also appropriate for our film's concept. This is a different viewpoint that we utilised. This is the scene where Brett enrolls in his new school. We used props to make it look more realistic, as you can see.
