Spider-Man 3 (2007) I chose to comment on a few of the camera angles in the 2007 movie “Spider-Man 3” because I love Marvel movies and especially the original Spider-Man movies. The producers that made this movie were geniuses. Their camera work was just magnificent. The movie had so many great, camera shots. The images that are prioritized in the opening scene are a place looking like mars, a space station, and a group of people that look like professional astronauts. What connotations do the images carry? The connotations that the images carry at first confident and courageous. This is because the group of people in the space station look like they're prepared for anything. After a few minutes though, the scene changes to crammed and manic. How is genre reinforced through symbolic and technical codes from the outset? Genre is reinforced through the science fiction that they're experiencing. For example the astronauts are in space/mars.
